Owned the full product loop for B2B client engagements: sat in discovery calls with non-technical customers, translated what they said into what they actually needed, made scope and architecture decisions, built, shipped, and iterated from production behaviour — across CRM, LMS, fintech, and AI automation products.
Architected and shipped Knogen.ai, a production enterprise agentic RAG platform (Python/FastAPI, LangChain, Milvus, Azure AI Foundry): document automation via SharePoint ingestion with auto-sync, embedding pipelines, RBAC-scoped retrieval, grounded citations, hallucination management and evaluation gates, human-in-the-loop review, and cost-aware routing between local (Ollama) and hosted models.
Deployed multi-agent orchestration platforms (Paperclip, Hermes, OpenClaw) with governance and audit trails, plus structured-output LLM automation for email, document, and operational workflows — with evaluation before anything reached production.
Built and shipped NextJS applications: migrated CFR.org (Council on Foreign Relations) from legacy Drupal to headless WordPress + NextJS with custom Gutenberg-mapped rendering blocks and Python content-migration pipelines; deployed the PreleaseProperty real-estate platform (NextJS, Terraform, Azure DevOps).
Ran Supabase in production: self-hosted Supabase on Aurora Serverless v2 as the company's Postgres + Auth backbone, part of a build-vs-buy overhaul that cut cloud spend 60%.
Scaled codebasics.io to 1M+ users at 99%+ uptime: Redis caching strategies, database indexing, Laravel Octane, Nginx tuning, Multi-AZ RDS, CloudFront — and traced production behaviour with New Relic and CloudWatch to find and fix real bottlenecks (critical stored procedure from 4 s to 100 ms, database performance +30%).
Built operational automation with production-grade reliability: cross-provider video auto-sync with retries, webhook-driven updates, failed-sync recovery, and monitoring; multi-currency payments with idempotent transactions and webhook-driven reconciliation across Stripe and Authorize.Net.
Use AI agents as leverage across the whole development process: Claude Code with custom skills, hooks, and MCP servers as my primary working mode; run the org-wide secure deployment platform (Cloudflare Zero Trust + Coolify) where employees ship AI-built internal tools safely.
Moved a crashing PHP Excel-import into a Python/Pandas serverless pipeline (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) for memory-safe document processing; mentored 10+ engineers and established code review, CI/CD, and automated testing standards.
